1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.2 The Chair welcomed Jocelyn Davies who was elected to the Committee in place in Alun Ffred Jones. The Chair thanked Alun Ffred Jones for his contributions to the Committee.
2 Papers to note
2.1 The papers were noted.
3 Intra-Wales - Cardiff to Anglesey - Air Service: Evidence Session 3
3.1 The Committee took further evidence from the Welsh Government Director General for Business, Enterprise and Technology, James Price and the Deputy Director of Delivery, Gareth Morgan.
3.2 James Price agreed to provide the following to the Committee:
· confirm what date the decision was taken to retender the Cardiff to Anglesey Air Service; and at what point Arup were commissioned to support the retendering process;
· provide information on what experience Arup has in terms of providing advice in this field in Britain and why specifically Arup were selected;
· provide a note confirming how much of the 15% increase on last years’ service bookings was as a direct result of the new marketing strategy and how the Welsh Government intends to evaluate this strategy; and
· share the redacted Arup report when it is available.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:

5.1 The Committee considered the evidence received from the Welsh Government.
6 Glastir: Consideration of Responses
6.1 The Committee considered the responses from Gareth Jones, Director General Sustainable Futures, Welsh Government and National Farmers Union.
